Min egen rejse begyndte som 15-\u00e5rig, hvor styrketr\u00e6ning blev mit frirum og mit vigtigste v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at komme igennem en periode med udfordringer omkring krop og selvbillede som var starten til at, jeg opdagede tr\u00e6ningens styrke som terapi. Den erfaring har givet mig en dyb forst\u00e5else for, at tr\u00e6ning ikke kun handler om at forme kroppen, men ogs\u00e5 om at skabe indre ro, selvtillid og livsgl\u00e6de og et godt helbred. Som certificeret personlig tr\u00e6ner fra PTinstitute kombinerer jeg viden, erfaring og masser af energi. Jeg hj\u00e6lper b\u00e5de m\u00e6nd og kvinder med at f\u00f8le sig trygge i fitnesscenteret, nybegynder i styrketr\u00e6ning, opn\u00e5 m\u00e5l som v\u00e6gttab, muskelopbygning eller at komme i gang med tr\u00e6ning\u2013 og vigtigst af alt, at finde en sund balance mellem krop og sind.
